We are going on another Blog Waddle today - This time we are featuring Masculine Cards!
Here is a photo of my card:
Interesting, isn't it? The very cool embellishment is a technique called Tarnished Foil. This is how I got that effect:
1. Took some gold foil paper and sanded it lightly until some silver showed through
2. Took Archival Black ink and did direct to paper - just swiped the pad down the card stock, leaving black streaks
3. I then use the dynamic hexagon folder and ran the foil paper through this.
4. Using Versamark, I randomly swiped it on the card stock. I then heat embossed silver on it.
5. Using Versamark again, I swiped it where there was no silver. This was then heat embossed using the copper embossing powder.
6. Last step is to once again swipe the foil, embossed card stock with Black Archival. The results are stunning!
