April Class Bonus Card

Hey there, stampers!

Here is my bonus card for April:

My inspiration for this was Andrea Wahlford, a Canadian Stampin'Up! demonstrator and artist.  She did a card like this to demonstrate different ways of coloring line art. Stamp on colored card stock, and then add depth with ink pads and a sponge dauber.   The stamp set is called Falling Flowers and I used the May Flowers thinlits to cut out everything.  The twist I put on Andrea's design was to make this a diorama card.  It stands up and can be displayed on a desk or table.  It's easy and fun to make!

Hope you enjoyed today's post!

Remember to let me know if you wish to take the April class.

Have a beautiful day!

April Class is now in Session!

Good Morning!

I finally got my samples made for my April Class - it's going to be all about spring....colorful flowers, beautiful butterflies and fuzzy bears.  Yes bears!  I've been wanting to use the "Baby Bear" stamp set in my class and I'm running out of time, so April is it!

Here are the samples of what we will be making in class:

Remember we will be making 2 each of these 3 designs.  Plus a bonus card (just one).  All include envelopes - cost is $15.

Class Schedule for April is:
        Tuesday, April 18th, 10am - 2pm
         Friday, April 21st, 10 am - 2pm
         Sunday, April 23rd, 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Please RSVP by Thursday, April 13th so I can make enough kits for everyone who signs up.  And since the class's are in Easter Week, expect some chocolate!

NEW ANNUAL CATALOG FROM STAMPIN"UP! is coming out June 1st!  Here is a sneak peak at a new suite ; The Eastern Palace Suite - available May 1st - 31st  and a sneak peek at  3 of the 5 new incolors!

Click here to see the flyer:  You have your choice on 2 bundles:  you get free very vanilla notecards and envelopes (new) with one, with the other bundle, you get two things:  the new thick vanilla card stock and very vanilla envelopes!  This suite is available to demonstrators now, so be on the look out for some great samples from this beautiful suite!  I know I'll be posting some!

Three of the new incolors are:  Fresh Fig, Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil tide.  Can you see them?

Tune in on Monday;  I'm going to reveal the bonus card for April.  It's unusual and very pretty.  As my dear friend Judy says "It's my favorite!".

Until later,

have a blessed day!
